FAQ's Q: "How much is one opener?" A: $200 USD for one opener, or buy 4 for $500 (using the same Logo). All orders shipped to West Virginia are subject to 6% sales tax. Q: "When can I expect to receive my DVD?" A: We ask for 30 days from the time we get all your info and logo. We create videos in the order they are received. Always keep in mind that our productivity is subject to our computers and equipment operating properly. Q: "What if I need the opener sooner?" A: We have a RUSH option that costs an extra $100 if you need your video sooner than the 30 days. Depending on internet connection upload speeds, holidays, and weekends, we can get your DVD to you between 4 and 14 days. The RUSH fee includes any overnight shipping costs and/or bandwidth charges. For the tech savvy, it may be offered sooner as a downloadable video file. (Call if a download is desired.) Q: "How do I pay for my order?" A: When we receive your order, we will send you an invoice from our PayPal account. When payment confirmation is received, we begin working on your order.  |
